FullProxy, founded in 2015 by Ewan Ferguson and Chris Templeton, has established itself as a key player in providing cybersecurity consultancy services to both public and private sector organizations across the UK. The company is headquartered in Glasgow and has developed expertise in areas such as network design, cloud authentication, and endpoint security. Its clientele includes notable organizations in data-sensitive sectors, including the NHS, Scottish government, Virgin Money, and FNZ. The acquisition is backed by investment from Macquarie Capital, indicating strong financial support for Viatel's growth strategy. Paul Rellis, CEO of Viatel, emphasized the urgency for deep cybersecurity expertise as organizations increasingly adopt AI and manage complex digital infrastructures.
