In a significant development for clean energy, Port Talbot in the United Kingdom will transform into the first dedicated hub for floating offshore wind in the Celtic Sea. This initiative, spearheaded by Associated British Ports (ABP), is set to commence detailed design and engineering work following a grant of up to £64 million from the UK government.
