The upcoming 2024 film promises an exhilarating mix of action sequences complemented by a vibrant country music soundtrack. Notable artists such as Miranda Lambert, Kane Brown, Lainey Wilson, and Jelly Roll have contributed original songs to the film, enhancing its dynamic atmosphere. Shania Twain, a familiar face from the 1996 film, returns with her new track "Boots Don't," featuring Breland, while her classic "No One Needs to Know" remains a nostalgic highlight from the earlier movie. Breland shared insights with Billboard about the collaboration, noting that their song was not initially written for the film but serendipitously aligned with its needs. "I already had my song with Shania and was looking for a good opportunity to release it," he explained, emphasizing the fortunate timing of their work fitting the film's vision. Director Lee Isaac Chung meticulously selected around 20 scenes that required original music, leading to a collaboration with Atlantic Records to pair artists with specific scenes. Chung expressed his excitement, stating, "I’d never seen a country album in an action film before," highlighting the innovative approach taken in this project.
